Day 1- Day 5

Dec 18th 3am Tyler suffered cardiac arrest. He was taken to Chilton Hospital, and immediately flown to St. E’s. They determined he was in heart failure. He was cared for there to the best of their ability until Dec 21st when he was flown to UWM due to lung complications and damage from CPR.

Day 6

Tyler is critical but stable. He still sedated and intubated. Madison is doing a great job monitoring his health. His lungs are still the main concern. He will be heading into a CT today. After they lessen sedation he is responding with hand and head gestures to general questions of family members names, his name. this a positive sign.

Day 6 Evening

Dr was just in. CT scan shows pneumonia in the right upper lung. Right now he is on antibiotics that covers a lot of things which can be damaging to his guts among other things. Scope shows pneumonia. A lot of gunk was in there and they sucked out what they could. He is needing more oxygen but that is expected. He will probably spike a fever as he's kind of shaking from chills but they will be able to monitor that. He is moving to a ICU Trauma Life Care (TLC).
