My father is approximately 67 years old and has been living with diabetes since 2024. Over time, his diabetes has caused complications with his eyesight, and his vision continues to deteriorate intermittently.

Because of his condition, he needs regular medical treatment and monitoring. He usually visits the hospital every 15–20 days for his insulin treatment and follow-up. In addition, he requires eye injections approximately every 30–45 days to help manage his vision problems.

The ongoing treatment has become financially difficult for our family. Depending on the treatment and procedures required, the medical expenses can reach approximately $4,500–$6,000. He is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Wyoming and requires continued medical care and regular follow-ups to manage his diabetes and protect his eyesight.
